ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPETITION FOR VACANT POSITION

Position Available:

• Kazakh Language Teacher — 1 position (workload — 720 hours).
  Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 KZT.

Qualifications Requirements: Higher and/or postgraduate pedagogical education or other professional qualifications in the relevant field, without the requirement for work experience.

For specialists with technical and vocational education, work experience in the specialty is required:

• For a moderator teacher — at least 3 years.
• For an expert teacher — at least 4 years.
• For a researcher teacher — at least 5 years.

The competition is conducted in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012, No. 57 "On the Appointment and Dismissal of Heads and Teachers of State Educational Institutions," with amendments introduced by the Orders of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (August 15, 2023, No. 259) and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan (August 16, 2023, No. 343).

Date and Location of the Competition:
September 17, 2024, Kyzylorda city, 8 Ы. Жахаева street, State Institution "Agricultural and Technical College named after I. Abdykarimov" of the Education Department of Kyzylorda Region.

Stages of the Competition:

1. Publication of the announcement regarding the competition.
2. Determining the date and place of the competition and forming the competition commission.
3. Document acceptance from candidates wishing to participate in the competition.
4. Checking candidates' documents for compliance with qualification requirements established by sample qualification characteristics for teachers.
5. After receiving the documents from candidates, a request will be sent to the legal statistics and special records authorities or their territorial subdivisions to verify the presence or absence of information regarding corruption offenses and/or violations of pedagogical ethics. The Committee for Quality Assurance in Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be notified.

If information is found regarding corruption offenses, violations of pedagogical ethics, or criminal offenses, the candidate may be disqualified at any stage of the competition.

Required Documents for Participation in the Competition:

1. Application for participation in the competition, listing the attached documents, in accordance with Appendix 15 of the Rules.
2. Identification document or electronic document obtained via the digital platform (for identification purposes).
3. Completed personal card (indicating current address and contact phone numbers, if any).
4. Copies of education documents corresponding to the qualification requirements established by the sample qualification characteristics for teachers.
5. Copy of the document confirming work experience (if available).
6. Medical certificate of health status according to the form established by the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020, dated October 30, 2020.
7. Certificate from a psychoneurological institution.
8. Certificate from a narcological institution.
9. Certificate or qualification category certificate (if available) or certification results for the relevant subject.
10. For candidates for the position of English language teacher — certification in this area or qualification category certificate (if available).
11. Teachers with experience in technical and vocational educational institutions and at least 2 years of work experience in the production sector are exempt from certification.
12. Completed candidate assessment form for the vacant position (according to Appendix 16).
13. Video presentation (self-presentation) for candidates without work experience, lasting at least 10 minutes, with a minimum resolution of 720x480 pixels.

Additional documents may be provided upon request, including proof of professional development, scientific/academic degrees, scientific or methodological publications, qualification category certificates, and recommendations from previous employers.

Failure to submit at least one of the documents listed in paragraph 154 of the Rules will result in the return of the documents to the candidate.
