International Experience Exchange in the Construction Industry: Mission of a German Expert at Our College
Since March 26, 2025, an experience exchange platform among construction specialty teachers is taking place at the I. Abdikarimov Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College with the participation of Kay Brummer, a senior expert from the German organization SENIOR EXPERTEN SERVICE (SES).
This initiative is an effective platform for professional development at the international level, mastering new methods and approaches, and discussing ways to solve technical and economic problems. Kay Brummer is sharing the experience he has accumulated during his career and offering teachers useful advice in the areas of modern construction technologies, innovative teaching methods, and enhancing professional competence.
The SES program is one of the leading international initiatives providing expert support in the areas of retraining, professional development, and implementation of new methods. Within the framework of this project, the opportunity for international experience exchange will increase not only for teachers but also for students in the future.
