"SCAFFOLD: Modern Method of Lesson Design in Teaching"

From May 12 to May 23, 2025, college teachers underwent an advanced training course on the educational program "Designing Learning Sessions Using SCAFFOLD Tools," organized by "TALAP" NJSC.              

The course was conducted by experienced trainer Bakbergenov Bauyrzhan Omirzakovich.                                

The main goal and objectives of the program are to develop and improve pedagogical competencies necessary for designing competency-based lessons using the Skaffold tool, to master and apply the Skaffold tool in educational practice, to integrate a competency-based approach into educational activities, and to design innovative lessons.                                      During the training, teachers mastered the basic principles of the SСAFFOLD method and considered ways to effectively implement it in the educational process.

During the course, participants:

Mastered the structure and stages of the SСAFFOLD methodology;

Designed lessons aimed at increasing students' cognitive activity;

Developed lesson samples for their subjects based on practical case studies;

Learned to effectively use interactive methods and digital resources.

As a result: Participants acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to design the educational process using modern methodology and prepared specific solutions aimed at improving the quality of teaching.

This course was an important platform for experience exchange, aimed at improving the educational process and giving impetus to the professional development of teachers.
