As part of the "College That Loves Reading" project, an Open Day entitled "The Library – A Place for Success!" was held at the library of the Isatay Abdykarimov Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher Technical College. First-year students participated in the event and were given a tour of the library.

The goal of the event was to introduce first-year students to the library's facilities, foster a reading culture, increase interest in books, develop skills for the effective use of digital and traditional knowledge sources, and introduce students to the library as an information and educational center and the Library Rules.

The students learned about the library's rules and the library registration procedure.

They visited various departments of the Abediet Foundation, including the reading room, coworking space, and the library's book depository. These areas provide a comfortable environment for students to prepare for classes, collaborate, and engage in creative work.

A specially organized exhibition of new books generated great interest among the public.

Students were also shown how to access and use the electronic database.

Readers who participated in today's Open Day recognized the profound educational value of libraries and reading, expressed their intention to contribute to the development of a reading society, and received a wealth of useful information. The library is always ready to help readers; our doors are always open!
