The following changes have occurred in the Kyzylorda Agrarian and Technical Higher College named after Isatai Abdukarimov, which was formed on the basis of the Kazaly Veterinary College, Kyzylorda Hydro-Reclamation College, and Kyzylorda Railway Transport College:

• Based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 8, 1997, No. 814, the Kyzylorda Agrarian and Technical College was formed by merging three colleges: Kyzylorda Agricultural College, Polytechnic College, and Railway Transport College.
  
  
• According to the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2003, based on the order of the Regional Department of Education No. 278 dated October 16, 2003, the Kyzylorda Agrarian and Technical College was named after Isatai Abdikarimov, a State and public figure, Hero of Socialist Labor, and graduate of the college.
  
  
• In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2015, No. 452 "On approval of the Development Plan for basic universities and colleges to provide qualified specialists for projects of the State Program of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019," the State Communal State Enterprise of the Regional Department of Education of Kyzylorda region "Kyzylorda Agrarian and Technical College named after I. Abdikarimov" was included among the 10 best educational institutions of the Republic.
  
  
• By the resolution of the akimat of Kyzylorda region dated March 7, 2017, No. 729, the State Communal State Enterprise of the Regional Department of Education of Kyzylorda region "Kyzylorda Agrarian and Technical College named after I. Abdikarimov" was renamed to the State Communal State Enterprise of the Regional Department of Education of Kyzylorda region "Kyzylorda Agrarian and Technical Higher College named after I. Abdikarimov".
