DORMITORY of Kyzylorda Agrarian Technical Higher College named after I. Abdikarimov

The 5-story dormitory, designed for 200 people, was commissioned in 1980. The college dormitory underwent routine repairs in 2019. It has a canteen, library, large conference hall, recreation room, guest rooms, and student lounges. The dormitory building is equipped with modern technology and meets all the requirements of our students. Various educational, instructive, and patriotic events and fun competitions are held in the dormitory. Dormitory students are subject to rules approved by the college administration. These rules regulate the duties and rights of students living in the college dormitory, internal order, and the accommodation system. Monitoring compliance with the Internal Rules of Conduct for students living in the college dormitory is assigned to the Deputy for Educational Work, Dormitory Educator, dormitory manager, and security service. Students are accommodated in the dormitory based on a medical certificate and application. Students are obliged to maintain cleanliness and order; show courtesy to the dormitory administration and service personnel; lock the window and door of their room when leaving the dormitory and hand over the key to the dormitory staff; notify the dormitory staff 5 days in advance if moving out; not throw garbage and cigarette butts from the window that litter the area belonging to the dormitory.

Accommodation of students in the college dormitory is carried out through the www.egov.kz "electronic government" web portal (hereinafter - the portal) in accordance with Order No. 66 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 22, 2016 on approval of the Rules for allocating places in dormitories of educational organizations. When the service recipient submits all the necessary documents, students are accommodated in the dormitory based on a medical certificate and application.

How to obtain the service from a state body (required documents):

1. Application for dormitory accommodation addressed to the head of the technical and vocational, post-secondary education organization according to the form in Appendix 1;
2. Document on the status of a kandas (ethnic Kazakh repatriate);
