As part of the "Working Professions" year, on June 4, 2025, a master class was held at the Isatay Abdukarimov Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College for students of the TS-22o study group in specialty 07130400 - "Thermal Equipment and Heat Supply Systems" with the aim of combining theoretical knowledge with practice, organized by the industrial practice supervisor D.S. Nurmanova together with employees of the MCP "Kyzylordateploelectrocentral" institution at the enterprise's facility. 

  During the master class, the head of the turbine shop A.V. Kovazhenko and the deputy head of the turbine shop A. Turmagambetov introduced students to the principles of operation of heating systems, the technological scheme, and taught the principles of their functioning. Students gained practical knowledge and skills at the master class: they learned about the importance of energy conservation through analyzing ways to efficiently use thermal energy; mastered safety techniques when working with equipment through practice; learned professional communication, technical reporting, and decision-making skills during group work.
