On October 30, 2025, the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College named after Isatai Abdykarimov and the joint-stock company "Torgai Petroleum" signed a MEMORANDUM of cooperation. 

This agreement is an important step towards the close connection of technical and vocational education with the manufacturing enterprise. 

The main purpose of the memorandum:  Training and retraining of qualified personnel; Ensuring that students complete practical training; Assistance in the employment of the best graduates; Improving curricula and supporting the development of new technologies; Development of the material and technical base of the college. Within the framework of cooperation: Young people from among the students of 1-2 courses with high academic performance, actively involved in community service, are undergoing an internship at the Turgai Petroleum company.; The company provides mentoring support to students and helps to reimburse the costs of travel and social activities during the learning process.; The best students will receive grants, scholarships and other types of social assistance.; Graduates who have successfully completed an internship are employed in their specialty.; The company's employees and college teachers participate in joint scientific, practical and methodological events. The memorandum was signed for a period of 3 years and ensures mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides. This is a huge impetus for the professional development of students and increasing the production potential of the region! Director of Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College named after Isatai
