Vacant Positions:

1. Welding Specialist — 2 positions (workload — 720 hours per position). Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 KZT.
2. Hydrotechnical Melioration Specialist — 1 position (workload — 720 hours). Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 KZT.
3. Production of Building Materials and Structures Specialist — 1 position (workload — 720 hours). Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 KZT.
4. Power Supply Specialist — 1 position (workload — 720 hours). Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 KZT.
5. Physics Teacher — 1 position (workload — 720 hours). Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 KZT.

Qualifications Requirements: Higher and/or postgraduate pedagogical education or another professional qualification in the relevant field, without the requirement for work experience.

If the candidate has technical and professional education, the work experience in the specialty required is:

• For a moderator teacher — at least 3 years.
• For an expert teacher — at least 4 years.
• For a researcher teacher — at least 5 years.

The competition will be held in accordance with the "Regulations on Appointment to the Positions of Heads and Teachers of State Educational Institutions," approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2012, No. 57 (as amended by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2023, No. 259, and the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, dated August 16, 2023, No. 343).

Date and Place of Competition:
September 5, 2024, Kyzylorda city, 8 Ы. Жахаева street, State Communal Enterprise "Agricultural and Technical Higher College named after I. Abdykarimov" of Kyzylorda Region.

Competition Stages:

1. Publication of the announcement about the competition.
2. Determination of the date and place of the competition, formation of the competition commission.
3. Document acceptance from candidates wishing to participate in the competition.
4. Review of candidates' documents for compliance with qualification requirements established by sample qualification characteristics for teachers.
5. After receiving documents from candidates, within three working days, a request will be sent to the legal statistics and special records authorities to verify the presence or absence of information about corruption offenses and/or criminal offenses, as well as violations of pedagogical ethics. In case of finding data about corruption offenses, criminal offenses, or violations of pedagogical ethics, the candidate will be disqualified at any stage of the competition.

Documents Required for Participation in the Competition:

1. Application for participation in the competition indicating the list of attached documents, in accordance with Annex 15 of these Rules.
2. Identification document or electronic document obtained through the digital documents service (for identification purposes).
3. Completed personal card for personnel records (indicating current address and contact phone numbers, if any).
4. Copies of education documents corresponding to the qualification requirements established by the sample qualification characteristics for teachers.
5. Copy of the document confirming work experience (if available).
6. Medical certificate of health status, established by the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 175/2020, dated October 30, 2020.
7. Psychoneurological conclusion.
8. Certificate from the narcological service.
9. Certificate of certification or confirmation of the current qualification category (if available).
10. Certificates for candidates for the position of English language teachers (if any).
11. Additional documents may be provided by candidates upon request, including information on professional development, scientific/academic titles, publications, and recommendations from previous employers.
