From October 29 to 31, 2024, the Republican Professional Mastery Contest for teachers from Technical and Vocational Education Organizations (TVO) in the field of agriculture took place at the Kulan Agro-Technical Higher College in Taraz. Representing the Kyzylorda Agrarian and Technical Higher College named after I. Abdykarimov, the special disciplines instructors in "Veterinary" - Molder Erytileuova and Bakhytjan Sakenovich Smatov participated as expert evaluators and enhanced their professional experience.

According to the rules approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the contest tasks included practical exercises such as: developing a sequence of actions for fulfilling agricultural standards, clinical animal examinations, administering medications to animals, identifying pathogenic bacteria, performing surgical stitches on animal skin, and following industry standards. A total of 15 colleges from 13 regions and the city of Almaty took part in the contest.

Bakhytjan Sakenovich Smatov demonstrated excellent results at all six stages of the competition. As a result, he was awarded the title "Master of His Craft" by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and received a letter of appreciation from the Education Department of the Zhambyl Region Akimat.
